01. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to SecurityBot ("we," "us," "our," "the Bot," or "the Service") — a Discord security, moderation, community, and entertainment bot provided by the individual operator known as danidema.xyz ("the Operator").
By authorizing the Bot to access your Discord server, logging into the website, the dashboard, or the developer portal, purchasing or being granted Premium access, generating an API key, or by interacting with any of its features, commands, buttons, menus, or web-based components, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in full, without modification.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a server, a community, a team, or any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms, and that your acceptance is binding on the entity on whose behalf you act.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Bot and must immediately remove it from your Discord environment, cease using the website and any associated services, and contact us to request deletion of any data you believe we may hold about you.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the Operator. Please read them carefully before using any part of the Service. By continuing to use the Service after any revision, you accept the revised Terms.
02. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Bot" — the Discord application commonly known as SecurityBot, its features, commands, slash commands, buttons, select menus, and all associated functionality.
- "Service" — the Bot together with the website, dashboard, developer portal, APIs, and any other tools or services operated under the danidema.xyz brand.
- "Website" — the public web properties operated by the Operator, including but not limited to the home page, the dashboard, the music dashboard, the Premium pages, the documentation, and the legal pages.
- "User" / "You" — any person or entity that uses, interacts with, or is affected by the Service, including server administrators, server members, and visitors to the Website.
- "Server" / "Guild" — a Discord community in which the Bot is authorized.
- "Content" — any material played, recorded, posted, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise handled through or in connection with the Service, including audio, music, streams, messages, images, and video.
- "Premium" — paid or granted access to the enhanced features and tools of the Service.
- "API" — the application programming interface and the developer-key system offered through the developer portal.
- "Third-Party Services" — services not operated by us that we rely on to provide the Service, including Discord Inc., Google/YouTube, Stripe, and storage/hosting providers.
03. Individual Operator Disclosure (No Company)
You acknowledge that the Service is operated by an individual and is not a registered company, corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
- The Operator does not hold a VAT identification number ("Partita IVA") and does not issue formal commercial invoices.
- Payments for Premium are processed exclusively through Stripe, which issues its own receipts and records of payment on the Operator's behalf; those receipts constitute your documentation of payment.
- Because the Operator is a natural person, the Service is offered on an individual, personal, "as is" basis, and the same expectations, warranties, and liability frameworks that apply to companies do not apply to this personal project.
- You agree that no employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship exists between you and the Operator as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.
- You further agree that you will not treat the Service as a regulated or professionally certified product and that you will not rely on it for mission-critical, life-safety, or legally mandated compliance purposes.
04. Eligibility
By using the Service you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum digital consent age in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
- For age-gated (18+) features, you are at least 18 years of age and you have completed, or will complete, the applicable age-verification flow truthfully.
- You have not previously been banned, suspended, or blacklisted from the Service, and you are not using the Service to circumvent a prior ban or restriction.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Service is prohibited by law.
- You will not use the Service in violation of Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, or any applicable law or regulation.
05. License and Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Bot for server management, security enhancement, community engagement, and entertainment within the Discord platform, and to use the Website and APIs as described in these Terms.
This license is strictly personal to you. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercialize the Service or any part of it;
- use the Service to provide competing services to third parties;
- represent the Service, its features, or its generated outputs as your own product; or
- remove, obscure, or alter any branding, trademark, or attribution associated with the Service.
Acceptable Use Policy
When using the Service you agree to the following acceptable-use rules:
- You shall not use the Bot to harass, threaten, defame, stalk, dox, or otherwise harm any person, group, or community.
- You shall not use the Bot to store, transmit, or promote illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, fraud, or instructions for illegal activity.
- You shall not use the Bot to facilitate spam, phishing, or the distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, or security mechanisms of the Service, except where expressly permitted by law.
- You shall not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, its website, or its infrastructure without authorization.
- You shall not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the Bot's global blacklist, moderation systems, rate limits, or any other protective mechanism, whether through alternate accounts, automated scripts, or by other means.
- You shall not operate self-bots, user-automation accounts, or any other activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service, nor use the Service to facilitate such activity.
- You shall not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service, its servers, or the networks connected to the Service.
- You shall not impersonate the Operator, other users, or any third party.
- You shall not use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
06. Shared Profile Content Policy
The Bot enforces an automated content policy on the shared bot profile — including its avatar and display name — in every server in which it participates. Explicit, pornographic, violent, gore, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited imagery is automatically rejected by a combination of keyword filtering, leet-speak normalization, and, where applicable, automated image classification APIs.
In addition to automated filtering, the Operator reserves the right to:
- manually review and reject any profile change;
- restrict the sharing of profile features at any time;
- reject profile changes that attempt to circumvent the filters using Unicode, spacing tricks, or other obfuscation techniques; and
- remove any shared profile content that, in our sole discretion, violates this policy or Discord's Community Guidelines.
Server administrators remain responsible for the profile content they apply to the shared bot identity and for any consequences arising from it.
07. Security Features, Global Blacklist, and Audit
SecurityBot includes advanced protection systems such as Anti-Nuke, Anti-Raid, word and mention filters, permission auditing, invite tracking, and backup tooling. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Autonomous Actions. The Bot may automatically perform moderation actions — including but not limited to banning users, kicking members, issuing timeouts, deleting channels, restoring channels, and applying or removing roles — based on thresholds and settings your administrators configure. These actions are automated by design and cannot be reviewed by us in advance. We are not liable for any unintended, incorrect, or excessive action taken by the automated security logic.
- Global Blacklist. We maintain a centralized, shared database of malicious users and guilds. By using the Bot you authorize it to query, and where applicable to act upon, this network. A user or guild on the blacklist may be automatically restricted, blocked, or removed across all servers in our network.
- Owner Discretion. The Operator reserves the right to blacklist any user, User ID, or Guild ID, and to revoke access to any feature, at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for the protection of the community and the integrity of the Service.
- Thresholds. Protection thresholds (e.g., number of destructive actions within a time window) are configurable by administrators. Setting wide or aggressive thresholds may lead to restrictive behaviour, and setting narrow or weak thresholds may reduce protection. You are responsible for choosing thresholds appropriate to your community.
- Audit Trails. Certain actions and setting changes may be recorded in audit logs which authorized server staff can inspect. Audit logs are for the benefit of the server that configures them and are not a guarantee of comprehensive record keeping.
Strict Enforcement: Any attempt to disrupt the Bot's operation, abuse its API keys, reverse-engineer its protections, bypass its filters or blacklists, or otherwise exploit its security features may result in a permanent global ban of the User ID and any associated Guild IDs, the revocation of Premium access, the revocation of API keys, and the removal of any associated listings. We do not provide refunds for access revoked for abuse.
08. Versioning and Updates
The Bot is currently released as Version V5.0. We may ship updates, patches, improvements, new features, or changes to existing features at any time, without prior notice and without liability to you.
- Updates may require the Bot to be restarted at any time, which may temporarily interrupt its availability in your server.
- Feature availability may vary depending on version, server configuration, Discord's own feature and policy changes, and third-party service availability.
- We do not guarantee backward compatibility of configuration options, stored data, or command behaviour between versions.
- The release version shown in embeds and in the website's update log is for informational purposes only and is not a promise of specific features or behaviour.
09. Premium Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Premium access grants enhanced features such as priority or additional tools, enhanced backups, music studio controls, premium dashboards, listing features, and other tools that may be described from time to time. Premium access may be obtained by paying through our payment processor (Stripe) or by being granted access directly by the Operator or administrators.
- Billing. All payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not see, receive, or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe issues receipts on our behalf in the name of the Operator.
- Per-Account Nature. Premium is tied to your Discord User ID and, where applicable, to the specific server listings you select. It is not transferable to another account, server, or person.
- No Guaranteed Refunds. We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds except where required by applicable law. Because the Service is provided by an individual and not a company, refunds are given only at the Operator's sole discretion and are never guaranteed.
- Chargebacks. Submitting a chargeback or reversing a valid payment will result in immediate revocation of Premium access and may result in the blacklisting of the associated User ID from the Service.
- Revocability. Owner-granted Premium access is revocable at any time and for any reason. Premium provided in exchange for payment may also be revoked in the event of a violation of these Terms, in which case no refund will be provided.
- Feature Changes. The set of features included in Premium may change over time. You are not entitled to the continued availability of any particular Premium feature or tool.
- Fair Use. Premium does not confer unlimited or abusive use. We may impose reasonable rate limits, resource limits, or other fair-use measures to protect the Service for all users, including Premium users.
10. Free Features and Fair Use
The Service provides a large number of free features. Although the free tier is provided without charge, it is still governed by these Terms, including all acceptable-use rules. We may:
- impose cooldowns, rate limits, and quotas on any command, feature, or API at our discretion;
- enable global or per-command maintenance mode at any time, during which affected commands are temporarily disabled;
- restrict heavy or resource-intensive operations (such as backups, exports, server cloning, or media processing) to specific channels, roles, or Premium users; and
- discontinue free features at any time without notice.
11. API Keys and Developer Modules
The developer portal issues personal API keys and generates downloadable protection modules that are bound to your key. Use of the API and developer modules is subject to the following additional rules:
- Confidentiality. API keys are personal, secret credentials. You must keep them confidential and must not share, publish, embed, or resell them. Treat them like a password.
- Your Risk. Anyone with your key can use it in the ways the API allows. We are not responsible for misuse of a key you disclosed.
- Validation. Generated modules perform server-side validation against our API, and contain integrity signatures. Tampering with a key or signature disables the module. You acknowledge that encoding and signatures provide integrity, not secrecy, and do not prevent all copying or analysis.
- Rate Limits. API access is subject to reasonable rate limits and may be throttled to protect the Service. Repeatedly exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent key suspension.
- Monitoring. We log API usage (approximate times, counts, and associated User IDs) to detect abuse, monitor health, and improve the Service.
- Revocation. We may revoke any key, invalidate any module, or block any IP or User ID at our discretion upon detection of misuse, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
- No Warranty. Modules are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not represent that modules will work with all versions of Discord libraries, all hosting environments, or all future versions of Discord.
12. Music and Audio Content — No Responsibility
To be completely explicit: the Operator and the developers (danidema.xyz) assume no responsibility whatsoever for any audio, music, or sound content that is played, produced, or transmitted through the Bot, regardless of what you understand by that. This includes, without limitation:
- Songs, tracks, streams, radio stations, sound effects, or any other audio played through the Bot's music system or related features.
- The content, message, meaning, lyrics, titles, artwork, or genre of any audio played, whether considered offensive, graphic, political, religious, or otherwise.
- The availability, removal, or restriction of tracks from third-party sources (e.g., YouTube, radio feeds).
- Playback quality, volume, pauses, delays, interruptions, or technical issues during playback.
- Any copyright, licensing, or other intellectual property implications of the content you choose to play.
- Anything that members of your server hear, regardless of whether they consented to listen.
The Bot is a tool only: it plays what you select. The Operator does not choose, endorse, host, or control the content that is played. By using the music features you confirm that you have the right to play the content you select and that you assume full responsibility for it and for its consequences, including compliance with applicable copyright law and any guidelines of the platform where the audio is heard.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the way you use media features complies with the terms of the platforms from which content originates and with the rights of copyright holders.
13. Video, Media, and Copyright
Where the Service provides media-related features — including but not limited to video sharing, downloading, transcoding, or attaching media files — the following additional terms apply:
- Media features may download, convert, or temporarily process third-party content (for example, content originating from YouTube). You must have the right to do so under the relevant platform's terms and under applicable copyright law.
- We do not monitor, review, or curate the media you request through the Service, and we do not host or redistribute third-party media permanently.
- Any media processing is performed to deliver content to you as an individual feature; you are responsible for what you obtain and how you use it.
- Long or high-bitrate media may be compressed or reduced in quality to fit within platform limits; exact output quality is not guaranteed.
- We may disable any media feature for any server, user, or globally at any time, including in response to abuse or repeated copyright complaints.
Copyright Complaints
We respect copyright. If you believe that content processed or displayed through the Service infringes your rights, or that a feature is being used to systematically infringe copyrights, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the content, the relevant works, and links or identifiers involved. We will review reports on a best-efforts basis; however, because we do not host the content played or streamed by users, remedies available to us may be limited to disabling features or suspending the responsible user.
14. Voice Recording, Transcription, and Tickets
When a server enables recording features, audio may be captured, stored, and in some cases transcribed. When ticket systems are used, the messages exchanged may be stored and staff may access transcripts.
- Consent and Notice. The administrator enabling these features is responsible, under applicable law, for informing members that recording or storage is active and for obtaining any consent required before capturing, storing, or transcribing conversations. The Operator is not responsible for members' or administrators' compliance with these obligations.
- Tool, Not Publisher. We provide the capability as a tool; we do not decide what is recorded, and we do not review recordings except as required to provide the feature or to respond to lawful requests.
- Access. Recordings and transcripts are accessible to the server administrators that configured the feature and, where applicable, to users participating in the activity. Access outside of that scope is not provided.
- Storage. Recorded files may be stored on our infrastructure or transferred to remote storage providers for durability. Retention is governed by the administrators and by our Privacy Policy.
- Deletion. Recordings and transcripts can be removed by the responsible administrator, or upon request from the affected user to the extent the Operator controls the data.
- Age-Sensitive Material. You must not use recording features to capture or store content for which you do not have all necessary rights and consents, including content involving minors; any such use is a serious violation of these Terms.
15. Third-Party Services
SecurityBot relies on third-party services and platforms to function, including but not limited to:
- Discord Inc. — for all Discord platform integration;
- Google / YouTube — for media resolution, music, and streaming features;
- Stripe — for payment processing;
- GitLab and similar version/file storage providers — for backup, artifact, and file storage;
- Cloud and hosting providers — for servers, storage, and networking;
- Package registries and update services — for the software libraries the Service is built with, including automatic updates of media tools such as yt-dlp.
We do not control any of these services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, outages, security, terms, policies, or content. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we recommend you review.
Some libraries used by the Service may self-update on startup (e.g., media extractors). We do not review or guarantee the behaviour of such third-party code beyond our own use of it.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its code, design, branding, logos, documentation, embeds, and websites — is provided under a limited user license only. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Service or in any of its intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by the Operator. You retain ownership of your own content and of any server content you license to the Service for the features you use.
You shall not use the "SecurityBot", "danidema.xyz", or related names, marks, or logos without prior written permission.
17. User Content and Indemnification
You retain responsibility for, and ownership of, all content you submit, share, configure, play, record, or make available through the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and display such content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, their helpers, and any contributors, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- your access to or use of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
- content you submit or facilitate through the Service, including recordings or media you process; and
- your violation of any law or regulation or of any third-party platform's terms (including Discord's Terms of Service).
18. Backups and Data Integrity
Where enabled, the Service provides automated, scheduled, or on-demand server backup and restore tooling. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Backups may be stored locally on our infrastructure and may also be transferred to remote storage providers and replicated between our servers for resilience.
- We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or restorability of any snapshot. Snapshots may be partial, corrupted, incomplete, or fail to restore for many reasons, including Discord API changes.
- Backups are provided as a convenience, not as a legally compliant archival or disaster-recovery service.
- You are strongly encouraged to maintain your own independent backups of critical server data and configurations.
- Retention of snapshots is governed by our rotation schedule; older snapshots are deleted automatically and without further notice.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL ITS PARTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
- WARRANTIES THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC DEVICES, DISCORD PERMISSIONS, HOSTING ENVIRONMENT, OR SERVER CONFIGURATIONS; AND
- WARRANTIES THAT ANY CONTENT, MEDIA, OR DATA PROCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, CORRECT, OR DELETED UPON REQUEST.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE OPERATOR OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, ANY HELPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, THE GREATER OF:
- THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR
- FIFTY EUROS (€50.00).
BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE FULL EXTENT DESCRIBED.
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, blackouts, hardware failures, network outages, interruptions in Discord, Google, Stripe, or any other third-party service, malicious attacks, changes in applicable law, or any other event that is unforeseeable or outside of our reasonable control.
22. Availability and Uptime
We do not guarantee that the Service — including music playback, the website, the dashboard, or the APIs — will be available uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or at any particular level of performance. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, outages of Discord or any third-party service, data-centre incidents, and force majeure events may interrupt the Service at any time.
Such interruptions shall not give rise to any liability on our part, and shall not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.
23. Termination and Suspension
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service, or until terminated as described below.
- Your Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time, for any reason, by removing the Bot from your server and ceasing use of the website and APIs. Pausing or stopping use does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of any amount paid.
- Our Termination. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service ends; (b) Premium access is revoked; (c) API keys may be invalidated; and (d) we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Survival. Sections 1, 3, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 26, 28, and 29 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
24. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service — or any part, feature, command, or tool thereof — at any time, with or without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, except for the limited refund policy described in these Terms, applied at our discretion.
25. Amendments to These Terms
We may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be announced, where practicable, through our official Discord server or website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, and you retain the benefit of any non-waivable rights available to you.
Online Dispute Resolution
Where applicable under EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not currently commit to using this platform, but you may still submit a complaint to it.
27. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights, and shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
28. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice to you, in connection with a reorganization, transfer of the Service, or otherwise.
29. Electronic Communication and Notices
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — for example, through Discord direct messages, announcements in our official server, or notices on the website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Notices to us must be sent to the contact addresses listed in Section 30 and are deemed received when actually delivered.
30. Contact and Support
For any legal inquiries, formal complaints, billing disputes, copyright reports, data-deletion requests, or clarification regarding these Terms, please contact our official channels:
Please include as much relevant context as possible (such as your Discord User ID, the server involved, the time and date of the incident, and screenshots or error codes) so that we can assist you effectively. We aim to respond on a best-efforts basis but do not guarantee a response time.
